I’m currently serving as the Operations and MERL Officer at RAAGSAN Consulting, where I bring my expertise in economics and management to the table. In addition to handling financial matters, I play a crucial role in supporting our research teams during field data collection. One of the things I really appreciate about working here is the chance to explore diverse areas and pick up new skills beyond just finance. Through leading fieldwork initiatives, I’ve gained hands-on experience in managing operations in dynamic environments, problem solving on the go and fostering effective team collaboration amidst varying challenges. Through this, I’ve gained valuable insights and expertise across various domains, which I believe will greatly contribute to my career growth in the years to come.
