This year, I have significantly expanded my expertise and contributions at RAAGSAN by taking
on key responsibilities and driving impactful initiatives. I played a crucial role in refining our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and actively participated in workshops that enhanced operational efficiency. I successfully led several small projects, managing all phases from planning to report submission while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Additionally, I coordinated fieldwork for major projects, overseeing team management, data quality, and adapting strategies to address challenges. My involvement also included system testing where I introduced innovative ideas to improve workflows and strengthen data systems. These efforts supported the delivery of accurate insights, facilitated informed decision-making, and reinforced our commitment to excellence.
