This year at RAAGSAN has been full of progress. I have managed exciting projects that have made our work more efficient and our team capacity stronger than before. As an Operations Assistant, I have supported these efforts by handling administrative and financial tasks, organizing logistics, and keeping communication smooth across the team. I also supported updating RAAGSAN’s SOPs and took part in workshops that improved how we work together. It’s been a year of learning and growth for me. I have gained new skills, tackled challenges, and enjoyed working with such a talented and supportive team. I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and contribute to RAAGSAN’s success.

Our work spans policy down to grass-roots levels. We value both an intimate and accurate understanding of people being served by humanitarian and development investments in Somali as well as the policy and program design of investments intended to assist those populations.
