Community Engagement and MERL Assistant
As the Community Engagement and MERL Assistant at RAAGSAN Consulting, I shoulder the critical responsibility of managing inbound and outbound operations for the Daadihiye Call centre. My primary duties involve seamless coordination the call centre as well as supporting translations of documents from English-Somali, conducting one-one-interviews for beneficiary feedback surveys, and moderating focused group discussions to gain insights into community perceptions. I deeply value a supportive workplace environment and at RAAGSAN, our team operates like a close-knit family – we motivate each other and celebrate collective achievements. This sense of belonging and solidarity is what prompted me to choose RAAGSAN when exploring employment avenues after college.
