My journey with RAAGSAN in 2024 has been yet another memorable and impactful experience. I play a key role in managing both inbound communications for the Daadihiye Call Center. My main responsibilities include coordinating all call center activities, overseeing data collection from community interactions, and ensuring high-quality information flow to support our programs. I also facilitate the translation of important documents between English and Somali, conduct one-on-one interviews for beneficiary feedback, and lead focus group discussions to capture community insights and perceptions. This strong sense of teamwork and belonging was a major factor in my decision to pursue my career at RAAGSAN after college.
Solutions We Offer
Our work spans policy down to grass-roots levels. We value both an intimate and accurate understanding of people being served by humanitarian and development investments in Somali as well as the policy and program design of investments intended to assist those populations.
