Team – Noura Mohamud

In 2024, my role as Research and Business Development Manager at RAAGSAN has been a
transformative journey of growth and learning. I led and contributed to diverse M&E and research
projects across sectors like social protection, gender equality, climate resilience, health, and
nutrition. Notably, I was part of the team leading an inter-agency humanitarian evaluation that
examined the effectiveness of the humanitarian response during the 2022/2023 drought. This
project prioritized community voices through consultations with diverse groups and rigorous
context analysis. Our findings were shared back with communities via our Daadihiye platform.
These experiences strengthened my leadership skills while deepening my understanding of inclusive engagement’s power in driving change. Being part of RAAGSAN’s dynamic team allowed me to cultivate meaningful partnerships and adopt innovative approaches to navigate complex contexts while reinforcing RAAGSAN’s core values of inclusivity and co-creation in research methodologies.
